General admission seating means the best seats go to those who arrive earliest, and many families invest real time waiting in line to secure them. When a large group joins a single ticket holder in line just before doors open, it's cutting in line, and disrespectful to every ticket holder who has been patiently waiting.

This policy isn't about limiting group size, it's about ensuring your place in line reflects the time your group actually waited.

A small buffer of 2 guests per ticket holder is allowed to accommodate real-life situations like parking, restrooms, or keeping young children comfortable while a family member holds a spot.

We want every family to feel that the system is fair and that their time is respected. Arriving together as a group remains the best way to ensure you're seated together.

Pre-Show Line

✅ If 1 ticket holder is line, no more than 2 additional attendees can join them in line.

❌ If 1 ticket holder is in line, and 4 additional attendees in their group arrive,  2 attendees can join the ticket holder at their place in line. The other two will need to join the line with everyone else, in the order that they arrived.

✅ If 2 ticket holders are in line, no more than 4 additional attendees can join them in line.

❌ If 2 ticket holders are in line, and 5 additional attendees in their group arrive, 4 attendees can join the ticket holders at their place in line. The other attendee will need to join the line with everyone else, in the order that they arrived.

✅ If 3 ticket holders are in line, no more than 6 additional attendees can join them in line.

Pre-Show Seat-Saving

✅ If 1 ticket holder is seated in the theater, no more than 2 additional seats can be saved.

✅ If 2 ticket holders are seated in the theater, no more than 4 additional seats can be saved.

✅ If 3 ticket holders are seated in the theater, no more than 6 additional seats can be saved.
